Why Sargent Beach?
Surf Fishing on Sargent Beach is very good. It is a geologically active bottom and history shows it was once the entrance of the Colorado River into the Gulf of Mexico. So Surf Fishing is excellent because of the underwater structure of the Beach. The beach recedes and expands.
Also, many people find arrowheads or other have found dinosaur bones on the Beach.
